As part of the continued global plan to accelerate organic growth at Gallagher, Corporate Marketing is seeking to expand and accelerate business development efforts for Gallagher’s new and existing strategic partnerships globally.
The Manager will help shape the future of our Partnerships Business Development team in Colombia, playing a pivotal role in its growth and success. Reporting to the Director, Partnership Business Development Strategy & Solutions Architect, this entrepreneurial leader will embrace a hands-on approach, readily adapting to the evolving needs of the team. How you'll make an impact
• Define and nurture the vision and strategy for the Colombia Partnerships Business Development team, aligning with global objectives and identifying key growth opportunities.
• Leverage Salesforce.com and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce.com, including contact details, opportunities, and partnership activity.
• Enrich lead data through research and data mining to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Produce ad-hoc reports on partnership performance, including revenue tracking, deal closure rates, etc.
• Conduct market research and driven analyses to identify new partnership opportunities and advise strategic decision-making.
• Streamline and optimize partnership business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects related to partnerships, including merger integrations.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of dynamic experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing teams.
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com and Power BI, including report and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
