Overview
We are looking for a Strategic Change Management M&A Leader to guide and lead change management and communication activities for a diverse portfolio of merger integrations within our Global Brokerage and Benefits Services businesses. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transitions and fostering an inclusive employee experience throughout the merger integration process.
How you'll make an impact
- Portfolio Management: Lead and handle change management activities supporting Gallagher Brokerage and Benefits Services merger integrations, ensuring effective strategies are in place for successful transitions.
- Strategic Consultation: Partner with business leaders to develop change management strategies and approaches that align with organizational goals and promote inclusivity.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor team of change management and communications professionals, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify risks, and measure the success of change initiatives.
- Resource Management: Oversee the management of change management plans, standardized templates, and resources, ensuring they are consistently updated with the latest capabilities and aligned with the Gallagher brand.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners across the organization to ensure alignment and support for inclusive change initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness and inclusivity of change management efforts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years related experience required.
Highly Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Confirmed experience in leading change management initiatives within mergers and acquisitions, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience oversee and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
