Join RPS as a visionary Personal Lines Leader and become an integral part of our Niche Leadership Team. How you'll make an impact

 

  • Directly report to the President of Binding and actively contribute to the Niche Leadership Team, shaping the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Lead efforts to achieve and exceed overarching revenue goals for the Personal Insurance Practice, delivering sustained financial performance across all regions.
  • Drive collaboration with local office leadership, ensuring alignment on revenue objectives and promoting synergy among teams.
  • Partner with the  Leadership Team to design and implement cutting-edge processes and establish benchmarks for best practices across all locations.
  • Oversee critical operational areas, implementing strategic corrective actions to optimize performance in key metrics including loss ratios, quality control, policy retention, marketing efficacy, sales success rates, and new business acquisition.
  • Serve as the executive representative to insurance carriers, cultivating high-value partnerships and conducting detailed analytics to strengthen outcomes.
  • Champion the development and maintenance of robust relationships with influential agents and brokers, securing long-term alignment and loyalty.
  • Provide strategic oversight to regional branches, assist in recruiting efforts and ensuring offices are led by top-tier talent, staffed appropriately, and equipped with comprehensive training programs.
  • Elevate the practice group's visibility and reputation through innovative marketing strategies across diverse media channels.
  • Formulate and execute high-impact initiatives and long-term strategies that drive organizational growth and market competitiveness.

About You

 

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of advanced education and executive-level experience.
  • Extensive career spanning 10+ years in personal insurance, with a strong preference for surplus lines expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying insights to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and advanced analytical capabilities with a proven ability to solve complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams within the insurance sector.
  • Comprehensive underwriting expertise in Personal Insurance products, combined with a thorough understanding of market trends.
  • Advanced relationship-building skills, fostering partnerships at the C-suite level with both internal and external collaborators.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for business growth and leadership engagements.
