This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients protect what matters most.

How you'll make an impact
- Engage with potential and existing clients through calls to convert leads into policies and discuss renewals
- Assess client needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and explain quotes clearly
- Follow up on inquiries promptly to maximse conversion rates and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage lapsed policies, re-engage clients, and provide empathetic support for queries and complaints
- Maintain compliance with regulations, keep accurate records, and stay informed on product changes
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and share best practices for improved performance
About you
- Minimum APA qualification required
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a customer-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to address client concerns effectively
- Completion of the appropriate annual CPOD requirement and Maintain Minimum Competency Code
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
