We are looking to fill a full time role for a Client Solutions Manager on our Small Business commercial lines team. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure exceptional client service to Gallagher's Small Business clients. While working on a fun and collaborative team the CSM carries out a wide range of duties.

How you'll make an impact

  • Working directly with clients to provide solutions to their insurance needs.
  •  Prioritizing and handling daily phone calls, e-mails and mail. - Providing timely responses to client queries - Meeting with team members to check on challenges and give direction.
  • Marketing of accounts to ensure clients receive best coverage possible.
  • Problem solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and competition
  • Administration associated with client service such as: record notes and provide instructions on renewal, endorsement and cancellation processing.
  • Handling activities in EPIC software tool

About you

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Ability and desire to learn on a continual basis through educational opportunities and collaboration with colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe products
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a successful team to achieve objectives.
  • Solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to develop resourceful and innovative approaches and solutions
  • Level 2 provincial insurance license preferred, Level 1 licensing with Level 2 in progress. Note that licensing support will be provided
