How you'll make an impact
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients through calls to convert leads into policies and discuss renewals.
- Needs Assessment: Assess client needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and explain quotes clearly.
- Follow-Up: Promptly follow up on inquiries to maximise conversion rates and identify upsell opportunities.
- Policy Management: Manage lapsed policies, re-engage clients, and provide empathetic support for queries and complaints.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulations, keep accurate records, and stay informed on product changes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and share best practices for improved performance.
About you
- Minimum Accredited Product Adviser (APA) qualification required.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to address client concerns effectively.
- Completion of the appropriate annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirement and maintaining the Minimum Competency Code.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
